Return and Refund Policy

DEPOSITS: We require a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit for all appointments, so please make sure you are committed to attending. Your deposit covers appointment preparation, holds your appointment time, and is then applied to the cost of your appointment.

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLING: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please keep in mind that your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you still wish to reschedule or cancel, we would greatly appreciate at least 48 hours' notice in-advance. 

LATE ARRIVAL: We will give you a 15-minute grace period if you are running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will unfortunately have to cancel your appointment. 

SUPPORT PEOPLE: Due to limited spacing at the studio, unfortunately we do not allow additional people to attend your appointment with you.

CHILD FREE PREMISES: No one under the age of 18 is permitted in the studio. Children are strictly prohibited from entering the studio for safety purposes.
